I have lost/forgotten my User Name and/or Password.

Whether I can get access Members Area with different computers or places?
Yes, you can. There is only rule: 1 user - 1 IP address. Our security keeper program will suspend your username/password automatically if it detects multiply IP access to members' area.

What have i do if security keeper program suspend my username/password?
If it happened, our support team receives automatic notification by e-mail, change your password and send you new one ASAP. Repeated similar event will be regarded as swindle and infringement of terms and conditions you've accepted during subscription. Your account will be terminated.

I can't enter, browse or view some content sections of your site!!!
If you read and have executed SOFTWARE RECOMMENDATIONS and till now have problems, first solution - hit once or more REFRESH button of your browser on page you having problems with. How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts until the end of the membership period you paid for. So, if you are choose month membership and billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, your account remains open and active until the 15th of the next month.

I'm having problems logging in...what's wrong?
It is possible that you are trying to access at a time that billing is doing maintenance. You may also need to update your browser. Billings usually use SSL 128-bit strong encryption on their subscription pages, if you have an older browser you may experience problems.

I'm a former member and want to join again...so can I use the same Username and Password?
No, you can't. Our privacy guard system requires you to choose a new username and password every time you join.
