Surfing Problems

Every time I send the order form, I wait a while but the order never gets approved. Then I get a time-out error or I receive an email that says Credit Card Authorization failed, Problem with Server, Payment Server Host failed to respond. Probably it rejected your request.
You're probably overseas, though this occasionally happens within the United States.
When you send the order form, your transmittal is encrypted and sent from your computer to the internet hub nearest you, on to another internet hub, etc., until it's finally received by my server. Then my server sends the credit-card transaction through the internet hubs to your credit-card bank, your bank reviews the request for a charge, and sends either a "yes" or a "no" to approve the charge.
If this whole process takes too long, the transaction becomes "suspect", and your bank will refuse the transaction.
So, if you're ordering from far away, or if certain internet hubs are currently slow due to technical problems or a busy internet, then this may slow down your order transmittal and keep aborting your order request.
The solution is to try to place your order when there are fewer people on the internet as a whole. Then the transmittal will hopefully be fast enough that it will make it through all the steps in time. The best time of the week for fast, clean internet transmittals are Tuesday evenings and Wednesday evenings. The worst time of the week for the internet, when it's really bogged down and glitchy, is Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, and bits of Saturday and Sunday.
By the way, this slowness problem affects getting the order placed, but once you get your password, it's not going to affect your access to the site.

I'm an AOL user and I can't get the order form to transmit.
A lot of AOL browsers (the program you use to look at web pages) suck big time (pardon my language). You can try going to AOL and updating your browser, but it's easier to just use a better browser. Click your Start button and look for Microsoft's INTERNET EXPLORER -- it will either be in your Start Menu or in the Programs section. Open that program right on top of your AOL screen, then type in the BedroomBondage address and go for it. (If you don't have Internet Explorer on your computer, AOL offers a free download of it.)
By the way, if your AOL browser is having trouble understanding a simple order form, it might also give you trouble after you sign up, because it might not transmit usernames and passwords properly. Another reason to use a better browser.
I'd like to mention that Internet Explorer may be free, but it's a pretty slow, icky way to view the internet. If you really ENJOY surfing and want to have FUN with it, it'll be worth your while to get OPERA or FIRE FOX, either of which can be opened over your AOL screen when you're online.
